All persons are born free and equal in dignity and rights. All citizens shall be equal before the law. There shall be no privileges or restriction of rights on the grounds of race, nationality, ethnic identity, sex, origin, religion, education, opinion, political affiliation, personal or social status or property status (Art. 6.1-2)

Everyone shall have the right to life. Any attempt upon a human life shall be punished as a most severe crime. (Art. 28)

No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment, or to forcible assimilation (Art. 29.1)

No one shall be subjected to medical, scientific or other experimentation without their voluntary written consent (Art. 29.2)

The privacy of citizens shall be inviolable. Everyone shall be entitled to protection against any illegal interference in their private or family affairs and against encroachments on their honour, dignity and reputation (Art. 32)

Citizens shall have the right to social insurance and welfare aid. The state shall provide social insurances to the temporarily unemployed in accordance with conditions and procedures established by law.
The aged without relatives and unable to take care of themselves, as well as the disabled and the people in socially disadvantaged position shall receive special protection from the state and society (Art. 51.1-3)

Citizens shall have the right to health insurance guaranteeing them affordable medical care, and to free medical care in accordance with conditions and procedures established by law (Art. 52.1)

No one shall be subjected to forcible medical treatment or sanitary measures except in circumstances established by law (Art. 52.4)

Citizens shall have the right to a healthy and favorable environment corresponding to established standards and norms. They shall protect the environment (Art. 55)
